MEAT DEPARTMENT CLERK – Job Summary

Full Time: Several Positions Available

This posting is for our soon-to-open Seattle-MLK Store location: 6038 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. Seattle 98118

Training for most positions will begin first & second week of February 2026 at our other locations

This position is responsible for stocking and rotating Fresh and Frozen meat products in the department. Ensures all products for sale are fresh with good eye appeal. Employee also have to clean, cut and wrap meat products, and maintain cleanliness of the meat department area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Meat department experience desired but not required
We fully train all clerks
Strong customer service aptitude desired
Flexible scheduling with weekends & Holidays availability
Able to use utility and other knives comfortably
Basic English communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for long stretches of time
Willing to learn about products, product preparation, and customer service skills

Compensation:

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.30
