SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR – Job Summary

Full Time Position: One Position Available

This position assists the Seafood Department Manager with product, personnel, and fiscal management of the department. The successful candidate will help to manage and lead the seafood department team to achieve department, store, and company goals by always providing fresh products with exceptional customer service.

Preferred Skill Sets, Qualifications, and Required Physical Abilities:

4 years combined post secondary education and retail experience, with at least 1 year emphasis in seafood or supermarkets
Strong customer service skills
Knowledgeable to intermediate level in Microsoft Office desired but not required
Strong communication skill sets
Flexible scheduling with weekends & Holidays availability
Able to work independently, as well as with teamwork
Ability to work with people of different backgrounds
Basic to good command of the English language
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to see, read, write, talk, hear, walk, and climb ladders

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt salaried position 45hrs/wk (Starting at $58K Annually, DOE)
